At Freshly Cut, we deal in fresh fruits and vegetables, which are highly perishable. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund policy.
We do not accept returns on any fresh produce once it has been delivered or picked up.
This is to maintain hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
Payments made for fresh fruits and vegetables are non-refundable.
Once an order is placed and delivered, we cannot process refunds for any reason except one:
If you receive:
Damaged produce
Spoiled items at the time of delivery
Incorrect products
Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos.
After verification, we may offer:
A replacement of the item or
Store credit (no cash refunds)
All fresh fruits, vegetables, cut fruits, leafy greens, and any perishable food items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For any complaint regarding damaged/incorrect items, you must provide:
Order number
Photos/videos of the issue
Time of delivery
