Shipping Policy – Freshly Cut

At Freshly Cut, we aim to deliver fresh fruits and vegetables to your doorstep with the highest quality and care. Please read our shipping policy below.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver fresh produce only within Thane West and nearby serviceable areas.
If your pin code is outside our delivery range, we will inform you before processing the order.


2. Delivery Time

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM are typically delivered same day or next morning.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

  • Delivery timings may vary depending on availability, weather, and traffic conditions.

We do our best to deliver fresh produce at the earliest.


3. Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery may be offered on minimum order value (based on ongoing promotions).

  • Standard delivery charges will apply for orders below the minimum value or for long-distance locations.

Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.


4. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order:

  • You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS/Email.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation as products are sourced fresh.


5. Delivery Process

Our delivery team ensures that your order is:

  • Sorted and packed fresh

  • Delivered in hygienic conditions

  • Handed over safely at your doorstep

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be left with a neighbour/security after your approval.


6. Quality Check on Delivery

Please inspect your order at delivery.
If there is an issue with the freshness or condition of the items, report it within 2 hours with photos/video on:

(Replacement or store credit is issued only as per our No Return & No Refund Policy.)


7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship:

  • Outside our serviceable area

  • Outside Thane / long-distance courier

  • On days with extreme weather that may damage produce

Customers will be notified in such cases.


8. Delivery Delays

Unexpected delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic

  • Supply issues

We will notify you in case of significant delays.
